A person booked only in Humphreys County may never have an MDOC portrait. A state prisoner at Holmes/Humphreys County Correctional Facility may appear in MDOC records because that regional facility holds state inmates. Compare the full record. A name alone is not enough to establish identity.
MDOC’s portrait belongs to the state offender record. It may differ from a county booking photograph in date, appearance, crop, and custodian. The research did not verify that the public search keeps every fully discharged person or shows a consistent released status. A missing result does not prove that no state record existed. The Tentative Release Date beside a portrait is predictive. It cannot turn the photo into proof that a person left custody. Current Location, a discharge certificate, Community Corrections status, and the sentencing docket are stronger sources for what followed.
Check Humphreys Mugshot Copies
Commercial aggregators may copy booking data, leave old images online, mislabel the facility, omit the disposition, or confuse Mississippi with Tennessee. Such publishers are not authoritative sources and should not be endorsed. An outside image is only a clue to the possible originating agency and booking.
