Check Humphreys 72-Hour Releases
Use calendar dates and times rather than saying "the weekend" or "the last few days." A 72-hour range can cross portions of four calendar dates depending on the starting time. A precise interval lets the custodian locate an existing report and prevents an event at the boundary from being overlooked. When several people are involved, ask whether the maintained system can export that range. When one person is involved, include the full booked name and booking identifier.
